What is simpler than a pair of desert boots and cut off shorts? It is reminiscent of a lazy Saturday taking care of simple outdoor chores on the farm. Grabbing an iced tea to cool down, finishing half of the project and then hiring a professional to make it all right. We took that notion of an uncomplicated desert workboot, added a blade heel along with swooping lines from heel to toe making the Mesa effuse rugged sexiness. The laced up front keeps it slightly casual, so the only place you may not see this is on the Oscar red carpet. The upper is beautiful soft suede that changes color as you move your hand across it. The 4" heel is thin-stacked leather - feels like a wedge because of the width, yet tapers for a streamlined look. Leather sole.
