*New* Fall 2009! You wear leggings. You are able to strut your stuff. Then you will be wearing the Vesper. It is slouchy and fitted at the same time. The ankle strap hangs just so. There is a 1/2" platform and the heel is 3". It has a rounded peep toe. Sometimes there are items that embody simplicity and style, this is one of those items.
